Delivery Policy

DELIVERY COSTS

We offer free delivery within Lagos for orders of ₦500,000 and above. Orders below this amount attract a flat delivery fee of ₦5,000. If the destination is more than 15km from our nearest warehouse or showroom, an additional delivery charge may apply. Our team will confirm any extra charges before dispatch.

For state capitals outside Lagos, delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

If you're located outside a state capital, such as in nearby towns or remote areas, there may be an additional charge.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Within Lagos: Expect delivery between 1 to 4 working days
Other State Capitals: Delivery typically takes up to 12 working days
Towns and Remote Areas: Delivery takes up to 14 working days


UPFRONT DELIVERY COMMITMENT

To ensure smooth processing, all deliveries outside Lagos require an upfront delivery commitment. This is a standard shipping fee that must be paid before your order is shipped. It helps us confirm your order and reduce unnecessary cancellations. Please note, once your item is dispatched, this fee becomes non-refundable.

Pickup In-Store Policy

We value your convenience. If you prefer to collect your order directly from our showroom or warehouse, please review the following guidelines:

ELIGIBILITY FOR PICKUP
Customers can choose in-store pickup for all orders, regardless of the order amount. Pickup is available at any of our showrooms or warehouse locations, subject to stock availability. Our team will confirm when your order is ready for collection.

PICKUP TIMELINE

  • Orders within Lagos: Available for pickup within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

  • Other state locations: Please note that pickup may only be available at our nearest showroom or authorized location. Delivery timelines for these locations may apply if stock needs to be transferred.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Before visiting for pickup, customers must receive confirmation that the order is ready. For in-store pickup, full payment or order confirmation is required. This ensures that your product is reserved and avoids unnecessary delays.
